So, of the fighter’s BJ’s fought that have –lost– in in 2009 (not including fights after this was posted):
Sherk 34-4 68-4 or *17-4*
Stevenson 30-10 60-10 or 15-10
Pulver 22-12 44-12 or 11-12
Gomi 30-5 60-5 or *15-5*
Serra 9-6 *18-5*

Of those, I’d say Sherk, Gomi, and Serra are the likely candidates for one of them. These are all guys I’ve considered before, though, and damned if I can find anyone with the highlighted records.

Here are a few random things. Let me know which gives it away…

Both fighters are *NOW* in the same weight class.

One of the fighters has lost their last *TWO* in a row.

Neither fighter is BJ, but he *IS* a part of one of the fighters records. (huge hint)

Arg… OK, I’m stumped. The last one was actually somewhat easy as the “same winning percentage, but 10% more wins” meant that both were likely undefeated fighters, and probably 11 vs 10 fights.

This one, every time I think of someone I can’t for the life of me find someone I can’t think/find anyone who matches the other criteria. I mean, I immediately started thinking of BJ for fighter B (who can’t have THAT many wins), but I can’t think of anyone who’s 26-5.

Any time I think of someone who’s maybe lost once (ie, Brock), said loss has never been this year. Leites might also be a good one, but I’m not sure who’s 7-2 (or 28-2) and also lost this year.

Yup, it is *EXACTLY* twice as many wins. However, it is over 100 point difference in currently listed strength of schedule. *EXACT* same number of loses as well.

I thought about including “victorious” strength of schedule, but I don’t currently show that on the site. Hrmmm…maybe I should add that to the site anyway. Something like:

Fighter A – Strength of Schedule YYY
Strength of Opponents actually *BEAT* ZZZ

Is it *exactly* twice as many wins for fighter A? I’m assuming so, otherwise you probably would have said “over twice as many”.

I think you’re ok unless you catch yourself humming it at the can. 8P

The verse gets a little off, but it comes back before the refrain. I think it hinges on how you handle E-LOW, E- EL – OH, etc. *shrugs*

Either way, who ya got? How much does 100 or even 200 points of “strength of schedule” actually buy you?
