Site information
I’ve seen some people ask about the rants and, yes, they are 100% Evil Pooh (Theme song kinda gives it away I suppose). Just about everything on this site, from the tangent laced rants to the color-blind inspired theme is all because of Evil Pooh. Anything you don’t like is 100% my fault ( I apologize and I will try to do better). Anything you do like is entirely because of the great people I surround myself with. No need to thank them, I do so every chance I get in my own special evil way.
Rants
Since we are in the rants section I might as well address that first. Rants give me a chance to provide information across a range of concepts and issues. They also provide me a chance to address popular topics from my own special point of view (that point of view being an overly jaded sociopath with autistic tenancies). Here are some of the rants I hope to get to in the coming weeks, titles subject to change…

That is a thread someone directed me. Yes, I do have an mmalinker account. Yes, I am a white belt scrub that knows nothing about MMA.
In that thread there is a lot of good talk about the site and how certain things work. This weekend I’ll try to directly answer some of the questions/issues I saw raised. For now though I’d just like to thank the people in the thread that support the site (for being awesome!). I’d also like to thank the people speaking against the site (for being…civil). 8P
The Site
Speaking of the site, there’s a lot going on. I know sometimes it doesn’t look it, but there’s a lot brewing here.
Site Makeover
The site is getting a makeover. How extensive it will be, and how good it will look after is still up in the air. At this point though I’d expect sizable changes to everything from the layout to the color scheme. I’ll also include updated system explanation pages, a new FAQ page, maybe even a small about page to discuss my love of logarithmic differentiation and red heads.
Site Features
There are three features in the works right now. One very short term that I have mostly done that will be out there before the strikeforce card on the 15th ( If I don’t give myself a deadline I can’t miss it). A second that will take a bit more time (and I could use some help on). Finally, a feature I really feel would work well that continues to suffer from my choice of hosting company. I’ll make it all work…eventually.
Help me help you
I’m not very good at accepting help, but I’m honest enough to know when I could use a little bit of it. Here are the main things I could use some help with.
Fight Information
Always the most important thing on the site. If a fight is missing, an outcome is wrong, a fighter shows up 3 different places, etc. please let me know. The more information you can provide the better. I gather information from a range of sources and it’s insane the misinformation that is out there.
Feature help
I could use one, maybe two people, to help me with something I’m putting together. It’s nothing major, but it’d save me a bit more time so I can work on butchering the Duck Tales theme. If you are willing to help the information you need to know to email me is “evilpooh”. If you can’t figure out the rest of the e-mail address, then I’m afraid you probably aren’t qualified to help me.
Feedback
I’ve got a list going for a new FAQ section, I’ve got little tally marks next to site features as more people request them, and I’ve got a nice gallery going of hot red head pictures (mostly work safe lol) that people have sent me as bribes. If there’s something you think is missing from the site, if there’s a certain color scheme you’d recommend, a question for the FAQ or whatever, let me know.
