The primary purpose of this site is to provide accurate and unbiased information about what fighters have done. Lately it seems to have become almost trendy to bash a fighter because of the organization they are in or because they lost their last fight. Some fighters are being labeled as "cans" despite having done more than others that are considered title contenders.

A big part of the problem is that the amount of misinformation available currently is staggering. In collecting data for this site I was constantly shocked at the amount of conflicting information available. Some sites will claim a fighter is 9-4, another will claim that same fighter is 16-4. In some cases I found multiple "endings" listed for what appeared to be the exact same fight. I continue to make every attempt to clean up the data and ask your help in doing so. If you know of fights that are not listed here, please let me know. On the other hand, if you see a fight here that you think is listed in error, again, please let me know.

Now that we've covered what the purpose of this site is, I'd like to take just a minute to explain what this site is not. This site is *NOT* intended to tell you who is best or who you should like. My aim is to show you what these fighters have done and the state of affairs at the time they did it. Ultimately you have to decide who you like and why.

There are plenty of reasons to like a fighter besides their record. Some have styles we enjoy watching. Other fighters have personalities we enjoy and/or can relate to. Regardless of why you choose to cheer for a fighter it is important to realize that you can be a die hard fan of a certain fighter without hating and bashing their opponent. In fact, showing respect for what their opponent has done makes it all the more impressive when your favorite fighter beats them.

In the coming weeks I'll be adding new features and addressing a lot of frequently asked questions. For now please be willing to think, keep an open mind, and enjoy the site.
